Dear Friends,
64 years ago the Israel Air Force was a dream. 20 years ago the Israel Air Force Center was a dream. I have had the privilege to live to see these two great dreams come true.
Like all contributors to the IAF Center, I have taken great pride in watching the Center flourish over the years. From a handful of people with a dream, the foundation has grown considerably to include thousands of individuals who are dedicated to the cause. From a vision and an empty field in Herzliya, the Center has become a lively hub of activity and a significant home base for the IAF throughout all levels of service: from pre-enlistees, to currently active servicemen, veteran IAF personnel, and the families and children of the fallen. We are all one large family with one common denominator – the survival and well-being of the Jewish people and the preservation of the State of Israel.
As we celebrate 10 years of partnership at the first gala event of the IAF Center, each and every one of you can take pride in the accomplishments in meeting the needs of our brave IAF men and women.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every member of the extended IAF Center family for their support, encouragement and involvement in this magnificent project. Special thank to Simcha Salach our Executive Director and her team for implementing our dream.
