Access to the website
The IAF Center Foundation welcome every person to use our website, for the benefit of learning and becoming a partner in the supporting the IAF Center in Israel. As a Center for education instilling the principles of national service, the ideals of Zionism, has invested in our website to make is accessible to all people
Various elements have been installed at the site listed below to enable people with disabilities to receive services and information as to all our visitors:
- To open the accessibility menu use TAB (when the focus on the document), or press a and 1.
- Navigate using the keyboard, by using the TAB, SHIFT + TAB, ENTER, ESC and arrows keys. Please allow this option via accessibility menu.
- Aria tags were embedded: menu, menuitem, navigation, aria-haspopup, aria-hidden.
- Texts which replaces graphic images (using the Alt tab).
- Different contrast modes: normal contrast, high contrast, vivid colors and shades of gray.
- Change text size by using access bar.
- Increasing screen display (zoom) with access bar, or using the keyboard (Ctrl+,Ctrl-) or by using Ctrl and the mouse
- Highlighting the important segments such as links or headlines.
- Option to change the font readable database.
- Forms: Label tags were embedded to expand the click area to the text area and to explain the field meaning.
- Option to stop flickering.
Accessibility to the IAF Center Building
The IAF Center has few elevators and ramps which are disability accessible, and enables accessibility to all floors of the building. Disabled parking spaces are located in the main parking place at the entrance to the IAF Center building.
